My mission? To help you meet and honor all your parts. To help you stop outsourcing your worth—and start sourcing it from within. I’m here to help you come home—to all of you. And when that finally happens? You step into a life you no longer need to escape from. You step into a life that feels like retreat.
For a long time, I lived in quiet disconnection. Anxiety. Depression. The masking, the performance of “fine.” I chased love, safety, and validation in all the usual places—relationships, achievement, approval—hoping something out there would finally make me feel whole. But healing didn’t come from hustling for worth. It came from listening. From stopping long enough to actually hear what every part of me had been trying to say.
For two decades, I’ve immersed myself in the study of behavior science, spirituality, psychology, yoga, somatics, mindfulness, addiction, trauma, neuroscience, and nervous system regulation. I’m a certified yoga teacher and a board-certified behavior analyst, with a professional background that also includes work as an addiction counselor. I’ve supported children, families, and individuals through many layers of transformation—all while doing my own inner work in the quiet hours, piece by piece. The result of that journey is Inner Council Communion—a values-based integration process that brings all parts of you into alignment. It’s rooted in science, guided by intuition, and held by a deep reverence for your wholeness.
At the retreat, I’ll be guiding Safe House meditations, Inner Council check-ins, somatic rituals, and self-leadership work that helps you soften into yourself and rise from your center. This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about finally welcoming yourself—every part, every version, every truth. Science meets soul. Fierce compassion. A little magic. And a playlist for everything. I'm a yoga instructor who has been teaching since 2008, with a passion for guiding others into deeper alignment—mind, body, and soul.
I spent several transformative years living in Japan, where I had my two children and cultivated a life rooted in mindfulness, intention, and personal growth.
While in Japan, I deepened my own practice and expanded my teaching, offering classes to a diverse community. I developed and taught prenatal yoga, mommy & me yoga, and supported other mothers in finding strength and calm in the midst of early motherhood. It was there that I began to see yoga not just as a practice, but as a way of life—a daily anchor in a constantly shifting world.
I’ve since built and led yoga teacher trainings that integrate both Eastern and Western philosophies, honoring the science of the body while holding space for the mystery of spirit. A Reiki Master and lifelong student, I love playing at the edge where science meets spirituality, helping others discover healing, empowerment, and connection from within.
My mission is to support others in finding their own version of balance, wholeness, and vitality—on and off the mat.

Zia Wagner
I’m a certified mindset and confidence coach with a love for nature, lifelong learning, and guiding others toward more authentic, empowered lives.
Born in Hungary, I spent my early years traveling the world as a model before moving to the U.S. in my 20s. That transition brought up old wounds—especially around vulnerability, which I had learned to hide.
Over time, I discovered that true strength comes from embracing the parts of ourselves we’re most afraid to face.
Today, I live on a small California ranch with my husband and a crew of rescued animals.
I’m a 200-hour yoga teacher, NLP practitioner, Aikido student, and trained in equine-assisted and nature-based healing. I use a blend of neuroscience, mindfulness, somatics, and the presence of animals to help clients regulate their nervous systems, shift limiting beliefs, and create a life that feels grounded, clear, and aligned from within.
